The Administrative Professionals Group at Mines is dedicated to building relationships between Mines employees across campus by supporting and teaching one another. The group is a forum for training, professional development and exchanging ideas. These opportunities increase our personal growth and professional value.

November 2025 - Data Migration Project, AI usage, Policy, and Space Request Process Guide

Sharing a subset of his full conversion training to assist with  the transition.  Transition will continue in November and December.

3:45-4:00- Jamie Myers– Space Request Process Guide

Sharing the Space Request Process Guide that outlines the step-by-step framework for initiating, reviewing, and implementing space changes at Mines. Departments must first secure internal approval and then submit a request in FAMIS, including details such as budget, timeline, and justification.
