This is a two-part training:

1) Complete the eLearning: 45 minutes

2) Attend instructor-led training: 2 hours

The class will be cancelled if we don’t have 6 attendees at minimum.

  • Articulate the cost of an unsuccessful hire.
  • Observe and apply strategies to limit bias in the selection process.
  • Explore new avenues for marketing the position outside your existing networks.
  • Demonstrate compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop behavioral questions to assess candidates based on position requirements.
  • Assess the completeness of responses to questions and ask relevant follow-up questions to ensure comprehensive answers.
  • Incorporate best practices across all stages of the hiring process.
