This is a two-part workshop and can be attended in any order.

• Part A will focus on managerial topics, including: Student worker hiring philosophy, student worker onboarding, student access, expectations and performance, FERPA, safety, Title IX and CSA.
• Part B will cover the process changes and important details, including: Student worker policy, work study vs contract employment, job posting and hiring process, MAPS processes (permitted work hours, timecards and reports), student worker accounts and demo with skills practice.
