The performance evaluation cycle for the University Staff coincides with the fiscal year – July 1st to June 30th. Goal setting occurs during the August/September period, with mid-year check-ins during January/February, and annual performance evaluations completed in June.

Complete Self-Assessment: May 15

Incomplete or Partial Self-Assessment Moved to Supervisor: May 18

Supervisor Review Completion; +1 Manager Review; Review Conversations: May 18-June 12

Annual Increases and Merit Adjustments, if applicable: July 1-July 31

Closeout Review Process- Grace Period. All reviews due by deadline: June 15-June 18

Start Goal Setting Conversations- Have ready to enter by August 31: August 1-August 31

Launch FY26-27 Goal Setting- To Be Entered into System by September 30: September 8-September 30
